Revolution | Thursday, October 2 2014 

In Revolution (first performed in 2009), 12 performers will be dancing by rotating clockwise on iron poles in various movements. This work is the first part of a trilogy, alongside Rouge (2011), and Tragédie (2012).

Olivier Dubois is the vanguard choreographer and performer in France. Other than creating dance choreographies, he also performs in several choreographies and performances directed by prominent directors. Olivier also gives dance workshops in several dance academies and international dance companies. He formed Compagnie Olivier Dubois in 2007. In the same year, he also received an award from a number of French art critics for his work Pour tout l’or du monde. This work was awarded first prize exaequo of Jardin d’Europe in 2008.
